C.The holiday visitation schedule set out above is to be observed whether or not it coincides with the weekend and summer visitation schedule. It is the intent of the parties and the Court that the holidays alternate between the custodial and non-custodial parents. Therefore, on those occasions when non-custodial visitation is ordinarily scheduled, but there is a holiday that the custodial parent would otherwise be entitled to enjoy, the non-custodial visitation shall not take place, nor accrue. Further, on those occasions when non-custodial visitation is ordinarily scheduled, and there is a holiday set aside to the non-custodial parent, both periods of visitation shall merge and the non-custodial parent will not be able to accrue visitation as a result of such merger.

3.     SPECIAL VISITATION: With respect to Father's Day and Mother's Day: If the father is the non-custodial parent, and if Father's Day falls on a weekend not regularly scheduled for the paternal visitation, he shall have visitation on Father's Day from 12:00 noon until 10:00 p.m. If Mother's Day falls within a weekend of the father's visitation, he shall return the child to the mother by 12:00 noon on Mother's Day. If the mother is the non-custodial parent, the reverse shall apply.

4.     SUMMER VISITATION: The non-custodial parent shall have summer visitation from 8:00 a.m. on June 15 until 10:00 p.m. June 30, and from 8:00 a.m. July 15 until 10:00 p.m. August 1.

5.     It is important to be aware that this visitation schedule is for the purpose of providing assured minimum amounts of visitation between non-custodial parent and the child. Visitation should exceed the number of occasions set out herein. In addition, liberal telephone communications between non-custodial parent and child is encouraged.
