VISITATION SCHEDULE


REGULAR VISITATION

        The non-custodial parent shall have regular visitation on every other weekend beginning the weekend after this decision is rendered. Such visitation shall begin at 6:00 o'clock p.m. on Friday and end at 6:00 o'clock p.m. on Sunday. The Non-custodial parent shall be responsible for transportation for regular visitation.

HOLIDAY VISITATION

        The Thanksgiving holiday is defined as beginning at 6:00 o'clock p.m. on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving Day and ending at 6:00 o'clock on the Sunday after Thanksgiving Day.

        The Christmas and New Year's Day holiday will be divided into two periods. Period 1 will begin at 6:00 o'clock p.m. on the day that school recesses for the Christmas break and will end at 6:00 o'clock p.m. on the day after Christmas. Period 2 will begin at 6:00 o'clock p.m. on the day after Christmas and ends at 6:00 o'clock p.m. on the Day before school resumes after the Christmas break.

        Spring Break is defined as beginning at 6:00 o'clock p.m. on the day school recesses for Spring Break and ends at 6:00 o'clock p.m. the day before school resumes.

        All Federal Monday holidays will begin at 6:00 o'clock p.m. on the Friday before the Monday holiday and end at 6:00 o'clock p.m. the day of the Monday holiday.

        The Fourth of July holiday will begin at 6:00 o'clock p.m. on the third of July, and end at 6:00 o'clock p.m. on the fifth of July or if Fourth of July is on a Friday end at 6:00 o'clock on Sunday, the sixth of July

        On all holiday visitation the visiting parent will be responsible for transportation.

        Holiday visitation takes precedence over regular visitation and summer visitation.

ODD YEARS: The Non-custodial parent will have Christmas period 1; Memorial Day; and Labor Day. The Custodial parent will have Christmas Period 2; Spring Break; Fourth of July; Thanksgiving; and the child's birthday.

EVEN YEARS: The Non-custodial parent will have Christmas period 2; Spring Break; Fourth of July; Thanksgiving; and the child's birthday. The Custodial parent will have Christmas period 1; Memorial Day; and Labor Day.

SUMMER VISITATION: The Non-custodial parent shall have summer visitation for Six Weeks beginning the first Friday of June at 6:00 o'clock p.m. and ending the third Friday in July at 6:00 o'clock p.m. During the Non-custodial parent's summer visitation the Custodial parent shall have visitation with the minor child of the parties o the second and fourth weekends of June.

MOTHER'S DAY: The mother shall have the child on Mother's Day which shall take precedence over all other visitation.

FATHER'S DAY: The father shall have the child on Father's Day which shall take precedence over all other visitation.

        The parties may agree to other and additional visitation. Both parents are to encourage frequent and liberal telephone visitation. Both parents are reminded that although they benefit from visitation, visitation is for the best interests of the child. Both parties shall keep the other party apprised of their current telephone number and address.
