The non-custodial parent shall have visitation with the minor children of the parties as follows:

REGULAR VISITATION:

The first and third weekend of each month from 6 p.m. Friday to 8 p.m. Sunday

HOLIDAY VISITATION:

In odd numbered years (i.e.: 2003, etc.) the non-custodial parent shall have visitation on the following holidays:

              July 4:                              6 p.m. evening preceding July 4 until 10 p.m. on July 4

Thanksgiving:                  6 p.m. Wednesday preceding Thanksgiving until 10 p.m. Sunday

Christmas:                       6 p.m. day school is out until 10 p.m. Christmas Eve.

In even numbers years (i.e.: 2002, etc) the non-custodial parents shall have visitation on the following holidays:

Memorial Day:                 6 p.m. Friday preceding Memorial Day until 10 p.m. Monday

Labor Day:                      6 p.m. Friday preceding Labor Day until 10 p.m. Monday

Christmas:                       12 noon Christmas Day until 10 p.m. January 1

The holiday visitation schedule set out above is to be observed whether or not it coincides with the regular visitation schedule and is in addition thereto. However, it is intended that the holidays alternate between custodial and non-custodial parents. Therefore, on those occasions when non-custodial visitation is ordinarily scheduled on a holiday set aside to the custodial parent, the non-custodial visitation shall not take place.

SPECIAL VISITATION:

With respect to Father's Day and Mother's Day, if the father is the non-custodial parent, and if Father's Day falls on a weekend not regularly scheduled for paternal visitation, he shall have visitation on Father's Day from 12 noon until 10 p.m. If Mother's Day falls within a weekend of the father's visitation, he shall return the children to the mother by 12 noon on Mother's Day. If the mother is the non-custodial parent, the reverse shall apply.

SUMMER VISITATION:

The non-custodial parent shall have summer visitation from 8 a.m. June 1 until 10 p.m. June 15 and from 8 a.m. July 15 until 10 p.m. August 1.

It is important to be aware that this visitation schedule is for the purpose of providing assured minimum amounts of visitation between non-custodial parent and children. Visitation should exceed the number of occasions set out herein. In addition, liberal telephone communications between non-custodial parent and children are encouraged and should occur.
