[Lincoln County]

STANDARD VISITATION SCHEDULE

The non-custodial parent shall have visitation with all minor children of the parties as follows:

REGULAR VISITATION:  Every other weekend from 6:00 p.m. on Friday until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday beginning on _________.

HOLIDAY VISITATION:   In odd-numbered years (i.e. 1993, etc.), the non-custodial parent shall have visitation on the following schedule of holidays:

Easter:                      6:00 p.m. on Friday preceding Easter until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday

July 4th:                    6:00 p.m. on July 3 until 10:00 p.m. on July 4th, unless July 4th falls on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday, in which case, the non-custodial parent shall have the long weekend.

Thanksgiving:           6:00 p.m. Wednesday preceding Thanksgiving until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday

Christmas:                6:00 p.m. on the day resident school district's classes are out until 10:00 p.m. Christmas Eve

Spring Break:            6:00 p.m. on Friday prior to Spring Break in the resident school's school district until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday following Spring Break.

In even-numbered years (i.e. 1994, etc.), the non-custodial parent shall have visitation on the following schedule of holidays:

Memorial Day:          6:00 p.m. on Friday preceding Memorial Day until 6:00 p.m. on Monday

Labor Day:                6:00 p.m. on Friday preceding Labor Day until 6:00 p.m. on Monday

        Christmas:                10:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve until 6:00 p.m. on January 1st

The holiday visitation schedule set out above is to prevail over the regular alternating weekend visitation schedule and is in addition to it. However, it is intended that the holidays alternate between custodial and non-custodial parents. Therefore, on those occasions when the non-custodial parent's visitation is ordinarily scheduled on a holiday set aside to the custodial parent, the non-custodial parent's visitation shall not take place.

MOTHER'S DAY AND FATHER'S DAY:

The Father is to have Father's Day weekend and the mother is to have Mother's Day weekend (from at 6:00 p.m. Friday until 6:00 p.m. Sunday, respectively). This rule is in addition to and prevails over regular weekend visitation.

SUMMER VISITATION:

The non-custodial parent shall have summer visitation from 6:00 p.m. on June 15th to 6:00 p.m. on June 30th and from 6:00 p.m. on July 15th to 6:00 p.m. on July 31st, uninterrupted by weekend visitation with the custodial parent. Regular non-custodial weekend rotation continues through summer visitation.

It is important to be aware that this visitation schedule is for the purpose of providing assured minimum amounts of visitation between the non-custodial parent and the children. Visitation should exceed the number of occasions set out herein. In addition, liberal telephone communications between the non-custodial parent and children are encouraged and should occur.
