[Ed note: Court personnel in Love County advised in February 2003 that Love County uses the "standard" for Judicial District 20 (Carter, Johnston, Love, Marshall and Murray Counties). However, the editor was never able to ascertain if such a "standard" exists and the editor has doubt that it does (since I was never able to obtain a copy of the same). The Love County "old" form (this form) and was supplied by Carter County court personnel in February 2003. The newer Standard and Expanded forms were supplied by Little, Little & Windel, February 2003, as being the "new" forms used in Marshall County, in the same judicial district. On these facts, the above may or may not a form used in Love County. You may want to call the Love County Clerk, 580-276-2235, for better information.]
