The non-custodial parent shall have visitation with all minor children of the parties as follows:

I.      REGULAR VISITATION

Every other weekend from Friday at 6:00 p.m. to Sunday at 6:00 p.m.

II.     HOLIDAY VISITATION

In odd numbered years, the non-custodial parent shall have visitation on the following schedule of holidays:

July 4:                       6:00 p.m. July 3 until 10:00 p.m. on July 4th, unless July 4th falls on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday, in which case the non-custodial parent shall have the long weekend

Thanksgiving:           6:00 p.m. Wednesday preceding Thanksgiving until 6:00 p.m. Sunday

Christmas:                6:00 p.m. the day school is out until 10:00 p.m. Christmas Eve

In even numbered years, the non-custodial parent shall have visitation on the following schedule of holidays:

Memorial Day:          6:00 p.m. Friday preceding Memorial Day until 8:00 p.m. Monday

Labor Day:                6:00 p.m. Friday preceding Labor Day until 8:00 p.m. Monday

Spring Break:            6:00 p.m. the Friday school recesses for Spring Break until 6:00 p.m. the Sunday before school begins

The holiday visitation schedule set out above is to prevail over the regular alternating weekend visitation schedule and is in addition thereto. However, it is intended that the holidays alternate between custodial and non-custodial parents. Therefore, on those occasions when the non-custodial parent's visitation is ordinarily scheduled on a holiday set aside to the custodial parent, the non-custodial visitation shall not take place.

III.    MOTHER'S DAY AND FATHER'S DAY: The father is to have Father's Day weekend (6:00 p.m. Friday until 6:00 p.m. Sunday) and the mother is to have Mother's Day weekend (6:00 p.m. Friday until 6:00 p.m. Sunday). This rule is in addition to and prevails over regular weekend visitation.

IV.   SUMMER VACATION: The non-custodial parent shall have summer visitation from 6 p.m. June 1 to 6:00 p.m. June 15 and from 6:00 p.m. July 23 until 6:00 p.m. August 8.

It is important to be aware that this visitation schedule is for the purpose of providing assured minimum amounts of visitation between the non-custodial parent and the children. Visitation should exceed the number of occasions set out herein. In addition, liberal telephone communications between the non-custodial parent and children are encouraged and should occur.
