STANDARD VISITATION SCHEDULE


I.      REGULAR VISITATION:

The first, third and fifth weekend from 6:00 p.m. on the first Friday of the month to 6:00 p.m. on the first Sunday of the month; from 6:00 p.m. on the third Friday of the month to 6:00 p.m. on the third Sunday of the month and from 6:00 p.m. on the fifth Friday of the month to 6:00 p.m. on the fifth Sunday of the month.

II.     HOLIDAY VISITATION:

In odd numbered years, the non-custodial parent shall have visitation on the following schedule of holidays:

        Easter:                  6:00 p.m. on the Friday preceding Easter until 6:00 p.m. Easter Sunday

        Thanksgiving:      6:00 p.m. on the Wednesday preceding Thanksgiving until 6:00 p.m. on the Sunday following Thanksgiving

        Christmas:            6:00 p.m. the day classes in the school let out for Christmas vacation until 9:00 p.m. on December 24

In even numbered years, the non-custodial parent shall have visitation on the following schedule of holidays:

        Memorial Day:      6:00 p.m. on the Friday preceding Memorial Day until 6:00 p.m. Monday

        Labor Day:            6:00 p.m. on the Friday preceding Labor Day until 6:00 p.m. Monday

        Christmas:            9:00 p.m. on December 24 until 6:00 p.m. on the day immediately before classes resume after Christmas school vacation

The holiday visitation schedule set out above is to be observed whether or not it coincides with the regular weekend visitation schedule and is in addition thereto. However, it is intended that the holidays alternate between custodial and non-custodial parents. Therefore, on those occasions when the non-custodial visitation is ordinarily scheduled on a holiday set aside to the custodial parent, the non-custodial visitation shall not take place.

III.    SPECIAL VISITATION:

The father shall have the custody or visitation, as the case may be, from 6:00 p.m. on the day before Father's Day until 6:00 p.m. on Father's Day. The mother shall have the custody or visitation, as the case may be, from 6:00 p.m. on the day before Mother's Day until 6:00 p.m. on Mother's Day.

IV.   SUMMER VACATION:

The non-custodial parent shall have summer visitation from 6:00 p.m. June 1 until 6:00 p.m. June 15, and from 6:00 p.m. July 1 until 6:00 p.m. July 15.

V.    TRANSPORTATION:

The non-custodial parent shall provide transportation to begin visitation and the custodial parent shall provide transportation to end visitation.

In addition to the visitation described herein, the parties are encouraged to agree upon additional visitation and the custodial parent is encouraged to allow liberal telephone communications between the non-custodial parent and the child.

Parents shall provide each other with an address and telephone number where the children will reside permanently and during visitation periods.

The non-custodial parent shall give the custodial parent twenty-four (24) hours notice if there will be any change in the visitation schedule.
