VISITATION SCHEDULE

 

A)      Alternate weekend visitation from Friday at 6:00 p.m. through Sunday at 6:00 p.m., provided, that should there be a conflict between weekend visitation and holiday visitation hereinafter described, holiday visitation shall take precedence over the weekend visitation;

B)      Memorial Day each odd year;

C)     Independence Day each even year;

D)     Labor Day each odd year;

E)      Thanksgiving visitation each even year from Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving at 6:00 p.m. through Sunday at 6:00 p.m.;

F)      Christmas shall be divided into halves. The first half begins at 6:00 p.m. the day school recesses and shall last until 10:00 a.m. Christmas morning. The second half begins 10:00 a.m. Christmas morning and shall last until 6:00 p.m, the day preceding resumption of school. In even years, the non-custodial parent shall have the first half and the custodial parent shall have the second half. In odd years. The non-custodial parent shall have the second half and the custodial parent shall have the first half.

G)     The mother shall be entitled to have the Minor Child(ren) on Mother's Day of each year and the father shall be entitled to have the Minor Child(ren) on Father's Day of each year regardless upon whose visitation it falls;

H)     In the event that one of the holidays enumerated above falls on a Monday, then that holiday visitation shall commence on the previous Friday at 6:00 p.m. and shall last until 6:00 p.m. the Monday of that holiday. In the event that a holiday occurs on a Friday, then that holiday visitation shall commence on the previous Thursday at 6:00 p.m. and shall last until the following Sunday at 6:00 p.m.;

I)       The non-custodial parent shall be entitled to summer visitation with the Minor Child(ren) for a minimum of four (4) weeks during the summer school recess. The four-week session shall be broken down into two (2) two-week periods with at least two (2) weeks in between. The non-custodial parent shall give to the custodial parent two (2) weeks notice of the time he/she plans to exercise each two-week period of summer visitation;

J)      Both parties shall notify the other of any medical problems regarding the Minor Child(ren); both parties are to cooperate in administering education and following doctor's directives regarding the health and well being of the Minor Child(ren);

K)      The custodial parent shall immediately furnish to the non-custodial parent a complete copy of any report cards or other school notices, including parent's nights, plays, activities, etc., and shall give the non-custodial parent an opportunity to purchase school pictures of the Minor Child(ren);

L)      Further, neither party shall consume intoxicants in the presence of the Minor Child(ren) nor be under the influence thereof around the Minor Child(ren), nor shall either party allow a third party to consume intoxicants in the presence of the Minor Child(ren) or be under the influence thereof around the Minor Child(ren);

M)     Any and all other reasonable visitation the parties may mutually agree upon.
