[Wagoner County]

The non-custodial parent shall have visitation with all minor children of the parties as follows:

Christmas:                6:00 p.m. day school is out until 6:00 p.m. Christmas Eve.

In even numbered years the non-custodial parent shall have visitation on the following schedule of holidays:

Spring Break:            Saturday at 12 noon to Saturday at 12 noon.

Memorial Day:          6:00 p.m. Friday preceding Memorial Day until 6:00 p.m. Monday

Christmas:                12 noon Christmas Day until 6:00 p.m. January 1st.

The holiday visitation schedule set out above is to be observed whether or not it coincides with the regular every other week visitation schedule and is in addition thereto. However, it is intended that the holidays alternate between custodial and non-custodial parents. Therefore, on those occasions when non-custodial visitation is ordinarily scheduled on a holiday set aside to the custodial parent, the non-custodial visitation shall not take place.

With respect to Father's Day and Mother's Day, if the father is the non-custodial parent, and if Father's Day falls on a weekend not regularly scheduled for paternal visitation, he shall have visitation on Father's Day from 12 noon until 6:00 p.m. If Mother's Day falls within a weekend of the father's visitation, he shall return the child or children to the mother by 12 noon on Mother's Day. If the mother is the non-custodial parent, the reverse shall apply.

The non-custodial parent shall have summer visitation the 1st two full weeks of June, the 2nd and 3rd full weeks of July and the 1st full week of August.

Transportation of the minor children shall be provided by the parent in whose home the child will be staying.

It is important to be aware that this visitation schedule is for the purpose of providing assured minimum amount of visitation between non-custodial parent and child or children. Visitation should exceed the number of occasions set out herein. In addition, liberal telephone communications between non-custodial parent and child/children are encouraged and should occur.
