STANDARD VISITATION SCHEDULE

WEEKEND VISITATION: The non-custodial parent shall have visitation with the minor child or children of the parties every other weekend from 6:00 p.m on Fridays to 6:00 p.m. on Sundays. This schedule shall begin ___________________.

HOLIDAYS: The parties will alternate visitation on certain holidays. Visitation shall be from 6:00 p.m. the day before the holiday, until 6:00 p.m. of the holiday. Those holidays are as follows: Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving.

Even numbered years (1998-2000-2002 etc.) The non-custodial parent will have visitation on Memorial Day and Labor Day, the custodial parent will have visitation on Easter, July 4th and Thanksgiving.

Odd numbered years (1999-2001-2003 etc.) The custodial parent will have visitation on Memorial Day and Labor Day, the non-custodial parent will have visitation on Easter, July 4th, and Thanksgiving.

FATHER'S DAY AND MOTHER'S DAY: The father shall have the child(ren) from 6:00 p.m. the day before Father's Day to 6:00 p.m. on Father's Day. The mother shall have the child or children from 6:00 p.m. the day before Mother's Day to 6:00 p.m. on Mother's Day. All holiday visitation takes precedence over weekend visitation and Mother's and Father's Day visitation takes precedence over all visitation except birthday visitation. The parent who has visitation rights for holiday visitation will be responsible to pick-up and deliver the child(ren) to and from the residence of the other party who may have the child at that time.

CHRISTMAS: Even numbered year (1998-2000-2002 etc.) The non-custodial parent shall have visitation from 6:00 p.m. the day of school break (where the child(ren) would attend if of age or where the child(ren) actually attends to 2:00 p.m. on Christmas Day. The custodial parent from 2:00 p.m. on Christmas Day to 6:00 p.m. on New Years Day of the year following the year in which Christmas occurred. Odd numbered years: (1999-2001-2003 etc.) The custodial parent shall have visitation from 6:00 p.m. the day of school break to 2:00 p.m. on Christmas Day. The non-custodial parent from 2:00 p.m. on Christmas Day to 6:00 p.m. on New Years Day of the year following the year in which Christmas occurred. Christmas visitation takes precedent over all visitation except birthday visitation.

SUMMER VISITATION: Summer visitation for the non-custodial parent shall be by two weeks advance notice in writing the custodial parent if parties can't agree otherwise. Visitation shall be for four (4) weeks, which shall be divided into two separate visitation periods of two weeks each with at least one week separating the visitation periods. Summer visitation shall occur beginning one week after school turns out for summer vacation and ends one week before school begins its fall term. A two week visitation period shall begin and end at 6:00 p.m.

BIRTHDAY VISITATION: The non-custodial parent shall have visitation with the minor child(ren) from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on the minor child(ren)'s birthday. If more than one child is involved, then the other children will accompany the birthday-child during this visitation at the discretion of the non-custodial parent. Birthday visitation takes precedence over all other types of visitation.

MISC. PROVISIONS: Any visitation missed due to illness of the child(ren) must be substantiated by doctor's order and also for any visitation missed for other bona-fide reasons, shall be made up with the parties being required to be reasonable in making such arrangements. The non custodial parent will be responsible for pick-up and delivery of the minor child when exercising visitation unless the child(ren) is moved by the custodial parent a distance of more than 75 miles from the non-custodial parent. In such an event, then the non-custodial parent shall pick-up the child(ren) and the custodial parent shall come and get the child(ren) after visitation, or the parties can agree to exchange the child(ren) at a point approximately half-way between the residences of the parties. Liberal telephone visitation is encouraged, to take place between 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The parent having physical custody at the time (either the non custodial parent or the custodial parent) shall not interfere with said telephone visitation. Telephone visitations should be limited to 15 minutes per day per child on the average.
