STANDARD VISITATION
The non-custodial parent shall have visitation with all minor children of the parties as follows:
I. REGULAR VISITATION:
The 1st and 3rd weekend of each month from 6:00 p.m. Friday to 6:00 p.m. Sunday during the respective weekends
II. HOLIDAY VISITATION:
In odd numbered years the non-custodial parent shall have visitation on the following schedule of holidays:
Easter: 5:00 p.m. Friday preceding Easter until 5:00 p.m. Sunday
Thanksgiving: 5:00 p.m. Wednesday preceding Thanksgiving until 5:00 p.m. Sunday
Christmas: 5:00 p.m. December 17 until 9:00 p.m. December 24
In even numbered years the non-custodial parent shall have visitation on the following schedule of holidays:
Memorial Day: 6:00 p.m. Friday preceding Memorial Day until 10:00 p.m. Monday
Labor Day: 6:00 p.m. Friday preceding Labor Day until 10:00 p.m. Monday
Christmas: 9:00 p.m. December 24 until 5:00 p.m. January 1
The holiday visitation schedule set out above is to be observed whether or not it coincides with the regular weekend visitation schedule and is in addition thereto. However, it is intended that the holidays alternate between custodial and non-custodial parents. Therefore, on those occasions when non-custodial visitation is ordinarily scheduled on a holiday set aside to the custodial parent, the non-custodial visitation shall not take place.
III. SPECIAL VISITATION:
With respect to Father's Day and Mother's Day, if the father is the non-custodial parent, and if Father's Day falls on a weekend not regularly scheduled for paternal visitation, he shall have visitation on Father's Day from 12 noon until 10 p.m. If Mother's Day falls within a weekend of the father's visitation, he shall return the child or children to the mother by 12 noon on Mother's Day. If the mother is the non-custodial parent, the reverse shall apply.
IV. SUMMER VACATION:
The non-custodial parent shall have summer visitation from 5:00 p.m. June 1 until 5:00 p.m. July 15, and during this period the custodial parent shall have weekend visitation as provided in item I, above.
Petitioner and Respondent shall provide each other with an address and phone number where the child will reside permanently and during visitation periods.
