CHILD VISITATION SCHEDULE
The non-custodial parent shall have visitation with the minor children of the parties as follows:
I. REGULAR VISITATION
Every other weekend from 6:00 p.m. Friday until 6:00 p.m. Sunday.
II. HOLIDAY VISITATION
A.In odd numbered years (ie: 2003, etc.) the non-custodial parent shall have visitation on the following schedule of holidays and the custodial parent shall have the holidays set forth below in Subsection B:
Easter: 6 p.m. Friday preceding Easter until 6 p.m. Easter Sunday.
July 4: 6 p.m. evening preceding July 4 until 10 p.m. on July 4.
Thanksgiving: 6 p.m. Wednesday preceding Thanksgiving until 6 p.m. Sunday immediately following Thanksgiving.
Fall Break: 6 p.m. the day school is out until 6 p.m. the day before school resumes
Christmas: December 26, at 6 p.m. until 6 p.m. on January 1st.
B.In even numbered years (ie: 2004 etc.) the non-custodial parent shall have visitation on the following schedule of holidays and the custodial parent shall have the holidays set forth in Subsection A above:
Memorial Day: 6 p.m. Friday preceding Memorial Day until 6 p.m. Monday immediately following Memorial Day.
Labor Day: 6 p.m. Friday preceding Labor Day until 6 p.m. Monday immediately following Labor Day.
Christmas: 6 p.m. day school is out until December 26 at 6 p.m.
Spring Break: 6 p.m. the day school is out until 6 p.m. the day before school resumes.
The holiday visitation schedule set out above is to be observed whether or not it coincides with the regular first and third weekend visitation schedule and is in addition thereto. However, it is intended that the holidays alternate between custodial and non-custodial parent.. Therefore, on those occasions when non-custodial parent's visitation is ordinarily scheduled on a holiday set aside to the custodial parent, the non-custodial parent's visitation shall not take place.
III. SPECIAL VISITATION
With respect to Father's Day and Mother's Day, that parent shall have the weekend with the child from 6 p.m. Friday until 6 p.m. Sunday.
IV. SUMMER VISITATION
The non-custodial parent shall have summer visitation for four (4) weeks not to be exercised during the first week after school adjourns nor during the final week before the beginning of the fall school term.
It is important to be aware that this visitation schedule is for the purpose of providing assured minimum amounts of visitation between the non-custodial parent and child. Visitation, if possible, should exceed the number of occasions set out herein. In addition, liberal telephone communications between non-custodial parent and child is encouraged and should occur.
