MINIMUM

NON-CUSTODIAL PARENT VISITATION SCHEDULE

        ALTERNATING WEEKENDS: From 6:00 p.m. on Friday evening through Sunday evening at 6:00 p.m., commencing on Friday, _____________, 200__.

        ALTERNATING HOLIDAYS as follows:

              ODD-NUMBERED YEARS: Memorial Day and Labor Day 6:00 p.m. on Friday through 6:00 p.m. on Monday.

EVEN-NUMBERED YEARS: Easter, 4th of July, and Thanksgiving.

                     Easter:               From 6:00 p.m. on the day school is out through 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.

                     4th of July:        From 6:00 p.m. on the 3rd through 6:00 p.m. on the 5th.

                     Thanksgiving:   From 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday through 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.

        CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR HOLIDAY PERIOD:

Odd-Numbered Years: From 6:00 p.m. on the day after school is out for the Christmas Holidays through 10:00 a.m. December 25th.

              Even-Numbered Years: 10:00 a.m. on Christmas Day through 6:00 p.m. on January 1st.

ADDITIONAL VISITATION DAYS: Mother's Day, weekend to the Mother; and Father's Day, weekend to the Father. 6:00 p.m Friday to 6:00 p.m. Sunday.

CHILD'S BIRTHDAYS: The parent not entitled to physical custody shall be entitled to not less than a three (3) hour period with said child, the time to be agreed upon between the parties.

The visitational periods for the alternating holidays, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day SHALL BE FOR THE ENTIRE WEEKEND PERIOD, as more specifically set forth above under ALTERNATING WEEKENDS. This may result in one party or the other hereto, in having three consecutive weekend periods.

EXTENDED SUMMER VISITATION: Non-custodial parent is to have the minor children for a period of four to eight one-week periods with the dates of said visitation to be determined by the parties no later than the 15th day of May, and if the parties hereto cannot agree as to what four to eight one-week periods will be utilized, that the first week of said eight week individual periods will be commencing on June 1st, at 6:00 p.m. The parties shall alternate weekends during the summer visitation (6:00 p.m. Friday to 6:00 p.m. Sunday).

NOTICE

1.     If the minor child is taken out of state, by either party, that party will advise the other party as to destination, route to be taken, location of child, and telephone numbers where child can be reached.

2.     In the event the weekend visitation should be impossible due to weather, all efforts will be made by the parties to switch weekends. This may result in each party having two weekends back-to-back.

3.     In the event that either party would be unable to exercise their weekend visitational period, or a good portion of a holiday period, that party shall so advise the other immediately. In the event the minor child should become ill or otherwise incapacitated and unable to visit the non-custodial parent, the custodial parent shall immediately advise the non-custodial parent of the problem as soon as possible.

4.     That each party shall make all reasonable efforts to have the child picked up and returned at the times above set forth, and if the same is impossible by either party to comply with said times, that said party making the pickup and/or delivery will advise the other party sufficiently in advance that they may be late or early. That such leeway shall not exceed 30 minutes on either side of the above-stated times.

5.     In the event that the distance between the custodial parent's residence and the non-custodial parent's residence is in excess of 75 miles, the parties should agree on a new visitational plan.

6.     Both parties shall keep the other advised of their current telephone number and address and all changes hereto will be transmitted to the other immediately.

7.     For parents of school-aged children, custodial parent needs to keep non-custodial parent advised as to school calendars, activities of the child/children, copies of report cards and parent/teacher conferences. The non-custodial parent should make every effort to attend school functions, including parent/teacher conferences.

8.     Single parents should avoid having a number of the opposite sex living or staying overnight with them while the child(ren) are in their custody. Such action may be grounds for modification of custody or visitational rights.

9. All parents shall be mindful of the child's activities and encourage their participation. When possible, the non-custodial parent is encouraged to become involved in their child's activities and participate as a sponsor or helper.

THE ABOVE AND FOREGOING VISITATION SCHEDULE TS CONSIDERED BY THE COURT AS A GUIDE FOR MINIMUM CONTACT BETWEEN PARENT AND CHILD. THE CUSTODIAL PARENT SHALL NOT USE THIS GUIDE AS DETERMINING MAXIMUM CONTACT BETWEEN NON-CUSTODIAL PARENT AND CHILD. EVENING MEALS DURING THE WEEK AND PHONE CALLS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED AND RECOMMENDED, AS ARE ADDITIONAL PERIODS OF VISITATION DURING PERIODS OF SCHOOL VACATION.
