VISITATION SCHEDULE
1. ALTERNATING WEEKENDS: The non-custodial parent shall have visitation with the children on alternating weekends from 7:00 p.m. Friday evening through 7:00 p.m. Sunday evening. The parents will alternate weekend visitation during the summer.
2. ALTERNATING HOLIDAYS: The non-custodial parent shall enjoy visitation with the children on the next legal holiday (except Christmas vacation) and then on every other legal holiday though out the year from 8:00 a.m. till 9:00 p.m. alternating holidays each subsequent year.
3. CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS: On odd-numbered years the non-custodial parent shall enjoy visitation with the children from 7:00 p.m. on the day school is out for the Christmas break through 11:00 a.m. December 25th. On even-numbered years the non-custodial parent shall enjoy visitation with the children from 11:00 a.m. December 25th through 7:00 p.m. on January 1st.
4. MOTHER'S DAY AND FATHER'S DAY: The children will be with their mother on Mother's Day and their father on Father's Day from 8:00 a.m. till 7:00 p.m. regardless of normal weekend visitation schedule.
5. SUMMER VISITATION: The non-custodial parent shall enjoy visitation with the children for 6 weeks during summer vacation beginning 5 days after the last day of school unless some other time is agreed to by the parents. The custodial parent shall have alternating weekend visitation with the children during this time.
6. CHILDREN'S BIRTHDAYS: Arrangements will be made to allow each parent an opportunity to visit a child on his/her birthday.
7. MINIMUM VISITATION: This schedule is designed to establish the minimum visitation allowed the non-custodial parent. The non-custodial parent should be allowed as much additional visitation as can be agreed by the parents. It is generally in the best interests of the children that they have as much contact with both parents as possible.
8. NOTICE OF NON-VISITATION: In the event that either parent is unable to exercise their weekend visitation or a good portion of a holiday period, that parent shall advise the other parent immediately. In the event the child or children are too ill to travel to the home of the other parent, the parent having physical custody of the child at the time the illness arises shall advise the other parent immediately. Each parent shall make all reasonable efforts to have the children picked up and returned at the times set forth above. If either parent will be late, that parent should advise the other parent as soon as that fact is known.
9. TELEPHONE NUMBERS/ADDRESSES: The parents shall keep each other advised of their current telephone numbers and addresses. Any change of telephone number or address shall be communicated to the other parent immediately.
