EXHIBIT "A" – OUT-OF-STATE VISITATION SCHEDULE
The non-custodial parent shall have visitation with the minor children of the parties as follows:
OUT-OF-STATE VISITATION
The non-custodial parent shall be entitled to remove the minor children from the home state of the custodial parent to exercise out-of-state visitation, subject to the conditions set forth herein below:

TRANSPORTATION
1. Travel Arrangements. The receiving parent shall make all travel arrangements to insure that the receiving parent obtains the children on the date and time designated. The receiving parent shall have the right to designate whether the child will be picked up at the home of the non-receiving parent or at the airport. The receiving parent may change the time designated by the Court by three (3 ) hours or less before or three (3) hours or less after the time designated by the Court to accommodate air travel schedules. The receiving parent must give the non-receiving parent at least 48 hours advanced written notice or telegraphic notice of (a) the location of the pick up of the children, if other than at the home of the non-receiving parent; and (b) the time of the pick up of the children, if other than at the time designated by the Court.
2. Transportation Costs. The receiving parent shall bear all transportation to transport the children from the home state of the non-receiving parent to the home state of the receiving parent for the out-of-state visitation which has been approved by the Court. For example, if the custodial parent resides in Oklahoma and the non-custodial parent resides in California, the non-custodial parent shall pay transportation costs from Oklahoma to California, and the custodial parent shall pay transportation costs from California to Oklahoma for all out-of-state visitation which has been approved by the Court.
ELECTION NOT TO EXERCISE
In the event the non-custodial parent elects not to exercise a particular period of out-of-state visitation as approved by the Court, the non-custodial parent shall give the custodial parent fourteen (14) days advanced written or telegraphic notice of the non-custodial parent's intent not to exercise such out-of-state visitation period.
ADDITIONAL OUT-OF-STATE VISITATION
The non-custodial parent may obtain additional out-of-state visitation upon obtaining prior consent of the custodial parent, which consent shall be in writing and shall designate the time and date of pick up and re-delivery of the children.
IN-STATE VISITATION
The non-custodial parent shall be entitled to in-state visitation within the home state of the custodial parent for periods not to exceed five (5) consecutive days at any reasonable time and place with prior notice to the custodial parent, EXCEPT:
a. the non-custodial parent may not exercise in-state visitation on the birthday of the custodial parent or on Mother's/Father's Day (as applicable);
b. the non-custodial parent may not exercise in-state visitation on the child's birthday on odd numbered years (i.e., 1999, etc.);
c. the non-custodial parent may exercise in-state visitation on only one of the following holidays per calendar year: Easter, Memorial Day and Labor Day; and
d. the children are required to attend all regularly scheduled pre-school and school classes during the in-state visitation.
The request for in-state visitation shall be made by the non-custodial parent at least seven (7) days before the first day of the requested in-state visitation. All requests for visitation shall be made in writing or by telegraph to the last address of the custodial parent as shown in the court file, or such other address as the custodial parent has provided subsequently in writing. The request shall designate the time and date of the pick up of the children and the time of re-delivery of the children (but in no event exceeding five (5) days or 120 hours). All pick up and delivery of the children shall occur between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
EMERGENCY
In the event of an emergency involving a minor child's health or welfare, the parent in possession of the child shall promptly notify the other parent and either parent may visit the minor child, without giving notice to the other parent, at reasonable times and places under the circumstances. In the event of any injury to the child involving a doctor's appointment or hospitalization, the parent in possession of the child shall immediately notify the other parent within six (6) hours.
TELEPHONE
Liberal telephonic communications between each parent and the children are encouraged and shall be allowed.

Each parent shall send written notice to the other parent of any change of the foregoing information and file a copy of such written correspondence in the court file with the correct designation of case number contained therein within five (5) days of any change in the foregoing information.
