STANDARD VISITATION SCHEDULE
Visitation between the parties shall be in accordance with the Proper Conduct Order. This visitation schedule is for the purpose of providing an assured minimum amount of visitation between the non-custodial parent and the child(ren). Visitation should exceed the number of visitations set forth herein. Also, liberal telephone conversations between the children and the parents is encouraged and should occur without interference or retribution. The parent deemed to be the "non-custodial parent" shall have visitation with all minor children of the parties as follows:
REGULAR VISITATION
Every other weekend from 6:00 p.m. Friday to 6:00 p.m. Sunday with the receiving parent to provide transportation. If the parties reside within 25 miles of each other, then every other Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. If the parents reside in the same area and the child can attend school from either home, then weekend visitation will be extended until Monday morning and the parent will take the child to school and the custodial parent will pick up the child at school at the end of the school day or arrange after-school transportation for the child(ren). There will be no weekend or midweek visitation during the summer vacation.
HOLIDAY VISITATION
For children over the age of six, there is no holiday visitation during the summer vacation. Holiday visitation shall control over any regular or mid-week visitation.
In odd-numbered years (e.g. 2003, 2005), the non-custodial parent shall have the child(ren) on the following schedule of holidays. (In even numbered years, the schedule shall reverse. If the child is over the age of 6, then the parent having the child the first half of summer shall have Memorial Day and the Fourth of July.):
HOLIDAY TIMES DAYS
Easter 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Friday preceding Easter until Sunday evening.
July4th 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The evening of July 3rd until July 5th
Fall Break 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The last day of school preceding fall break until the evening before school resumes. (These visits should occur if the child is in school and if there is such a break.)
Thanksgiving 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday preceding Thanksgiving until Sunday
Christmas 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. The day school is out until Christmas Day. (This applies whether child is or isn't in school. Parents use school calendar in the district where the child resides.)
Spring Break 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The last day of school before spring break until Sunday before school resumes.
In even-numbered years, the custodial parent shall have the child(ren) on the following schedule of holidays:

Memorial Day 6:00 p.m, to 6:00 p-m. Friday preceding Memorial Day until Monday Evening
Labor Day 6:00 p.m, to 6:00 p.m. Friday preceding Labor Day until the evening of Labor Day
Christmas 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Christmas Day until January 1
SPECIAL VISITATION – THESE VISITS ARE VERY IMPORTANT
At all times, the following special visitation shall control over any other visitation:

Father/Mother's Days 12 noon to 6:00 p.m. On father/mother's days, father or mother shall have the child(ren) for visitation
Parent Birthdays 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. The child(ren) to be with the parent on this date
Child(ren) Birthdays Odd-numbered years only
6 to 9 p.m. Non custodial parent shall have visitation evening of Child's birthday and custodial parent shall have the child(ren) at the same time the evening before the birthday. All children shall be included.
SUMMER VISITATION
For children under the age of six, the following summer visitation is ordered:
The non-custodial parent shall have summer visitation:
From 8 a.m. June 1 until 6 p.m. June 7
From 8 a.m. July 7 until 6 p.m. July 21
From 8 a.m. August 1 until 6 p.m. August 7
For children over the age of six, the following summer visitation is ordered:
The non-custodial parent shall have summer visitation:
From 8 a.m. the day after the last day of school until 6 p.m. the day ½ of the summer vacation has been expended. Every other weekend visitation will resume after school starts in the fall. This way, both parents will have half the summer to spend with the child(ren).
There shall be no abatement of child support for summer visitation unless specifically ordered.
