VISITATION SCHEDULE FOR INFANTS
CHILDREN UNDER THREE (3) YEARS
I. The parents shall have the minor child/children up to age three (3) of the parties as follows:
A. The non-custodial parent shall have the child/children:
Saturdays from 9;00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Sundays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the following weekend.
B. HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
In odd numbered years (i.e. 1999, etc.) the non-custodial parent shall have the following schedule of holidays:
Easter 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Christmas Day 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
C. SUMMER VISITATION
The non-custodial parent shall have summer visitation June 15 through June 22 from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily and August 1 to August 8 from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
CHILDREN FROM THREE (3) TO SIX (6) YEARS
II. When the child/children reach age three (3) years and prior to the age of six (6) years, the parents shall abide by the following schedule:
A. The non-custodial parent shall have the child/children from 9:00 a-m, Saturday to 4:00 p.m. Sunday on alternate weekends.
B. The non-custodial parent also shall have the child/children one evening each week from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
C. HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
In odd numbered years the non-custodial parent shall have the following schedule of holidays:
Easter 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
July 4th 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Labor Day 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Christmas 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
In even numbered years the non-custodial parent shall have the following schedule of holidays:
Memorial Day 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Thanksgiving 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Christmas Eve Day 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
It is the intent of the Court that the holiday visitation above shall control over any regular weekend or mid-week visitation.
D. SUMMER VISITATION
The non-custodial parent shall have summer visitation from 8:00 a.m. June 15 until 8:00 p.m. June 22 and from 8:00 a.m. August 1 to 8:00 p.m. August 7.
There shall be no abatement of child support for summer visitation unless specifically ordered by the court.
It is important to be aware that this schedule is for the purpose of providing assured contact between the parents and the children. In addition, liberal telephone communications between both parents and the children are encouraged and should occur without interference or retribution.
VI. If the parents accommodate each other for special events, make up time will be permitted.
