VISITATION SCHEDULE
The non-custodial parent shall have visitation with the minor children of the parties as follows:
1. REGULAR VISITATION:
Every other weekend of each month from 6:00 p.m. Friday to 8:00 p.m. Sunday. The visitations are to occur so that the minor children are together for the weekend visitations.
2. HOLIDAY VISITATION:
In odd numbered years (i.e., 1995, 1997, etc.) the Petitioner shall have visitation on the following schedule of holidays:
July 4th: 6:00 p.m. evening preceding July 4 until 6:00 p.m. Sunday
Thanksgiving: 6:00 p.m. Wednesday preceding Thanksgiving until 6:00 p.m. Sunday
Christmas: 6:00 p.m. the day school is recessed until 6:00 p.m. Christmas Eve
Easter: 6:00 p.m. Friday preceding Easter until 6:00 p.m. Easter evening
In odd numbered years (i.e., 1995, 1997, etc.) the Respondent shall have visitation on the following schedule of holidays:
Memorial Day: 6:00 p.m. Friday preceding Memorial Day until 6:00 p.m. Monday
Labor Day: 6:00 p.m. Friday preceding Labor Day until 6:00 p.m. Labor Day night
Christmas: 12 noon Christmas Day until 6:00 p.m. January 1st
In even numbered years (i.e., 1996, 1998, etc.) the Respondent shall have visitation on the following schedule of holidays:
July 4th: 6:00 p.m. evening preceding July 4 until 6:00 p.m. Sunday
Thanksgiving: 6:00 p.m. Wednesday preceding Thanksgiving until 6:00 p.m. Sunday
Christmas: 6:00 p.m. the day school is recessed until 6:00 p.m. Christmas Eve
Easter: 6:00 p.m. Friday preceding Easter until 6:00 p.m. Easter evening
In even numbered years (i.e., 1996, 1998, etc.) the Petitioner shall have visitation on the following schedule of holidays:
Memorial Day: 6:00 p.m. Friday preceding Memorial Day until 6:00 p.m. Monday
Labor Day: 6:00 p.m. Friday preceding Labor Day until 6:00 p.m. Labor Day night
Christmas: 12 noon Christmas Day until 6:00 p.m. January 1st
The holiday visitation schedule shall be observed whether or not it coincides with the regular visitation and is in addition to the regular ever other week visitation. However, the holidays shall alternate between custodial and non-custodial parents. The holiday visitation shall be given priority over the regular visitation if there is a conflict.
3. SPECIAL VISITATION:
With respect to Father's Day and Mother's Day, if Father's Day falls on a weekend not regularly scheduled for paternal visitation, he shall have visitation on Father's Day from 12 noon until 6 p.m. If Mother's Day falls within a weekend of the father's visitation, he shall return the child or children to the mother by 12 noon on Mother's Day.
With regard to the children’s birthdays, the non-custodial parent may visit the birthday child for two (2) hours on the child’s birthday and if the parties are not able to agree on times then the noncustodial parent shall be allowed visitation privileges with said child, the visitation shall be from 5:00 o’clock p.m. until 7:00 o’clock p.m.
With regard to school functions, special activities and occasions the noncustodial parent may attend the supervised school activity, ceremony, play, spelling bee, science fair, contest or other like event.
4. SUMMER VISITATION:
The non-custodial parent shall have extended summer visitation privileges with the minor children for thirty (30) consecutive days during which time the custodial parent shall have visitation with the children on the first and third weekends from Friday at 6:00 o’clock p.m. until Sunday at 6:00 o’clock p.m. If the parties are not able to agree on when summer visitation is to take effect, the Petitioner shall visitation from July 1st at 6:00 o’clock p.m. until July 30th at 6:00 o’clock p.m. and the Respondent shall have visitation from June 1 at 6:00 o’clock p.m. until June 30th at 6:00 o’clock p.m. During the time the non-custodial parent exercises extended summer visitation privileges with the minor children, the custodial parent shall be advised of the whereabouts of the children and shall be allowed to maintain telephone contact with said minor children on Wednesday evenings between the hours of 6:00 o’clock p.m. and 8:00 o’clock p.m., unless the parties agree to the contrary.
The above constitutes the minimum visitation privileges the non-custodial parent has with the minor children of the parties. The parties can agree to such other and additional visitation privileges as they desire and are encouraged to do so.
