In even numbered years, such as 1998, 2000, etc., the non-custodial parent shall have visitation on the following holidays:

The holiday visitation schedule set out above is to be observed whether or not it coincides with the regular every other week visitation schedule and is in addition thereto. However, it is intended that the holidays set aside alternate between custodial and non-custodial parents. Therefore, on those occasions when non-custodial visitation is ordinarily scheduled on a holiday set aside to the custodial parent, the non-custodial visitation shall not take place.

3.     Special Visitation – With respect to Father's Day and Mother's Day, if the father is the non-custodial parent, and if Father's Day falls on a weekend not regularly scheduled for the paternal visitation, he shall have visitation on Father's Day from 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m. If Mother's Day falls within a weekend of the father's visitation, he shall return the child or children to the mother by 12:00 noon on Mother's Day. If the mother is the non-custodial parent, the reverse shall apply.

4.     Summer Visitation – The non-custodial parent shall have summer visitation from 8 a.m. on June 15 until 8:00 p.m. June 30th and from 8:00 a.m. August 1st until 8:00 p.m. August 15.

It is important to be aware that this visitation schedule is for the purpose of providing assured minimum amounts of visitation between non-custodial parent and child or children. Visitation should exceed the number of occasions set out herein. In addition, liberal telephone communications between non-custodial parent and child or children are encouraged and should occur.
