STANDARD VISITATION SCHEDULE FOR VERY YOUNG CHILDREN
(For parties where a child is under two years of age)
The visitation provided for the non-custodial parent and the very young child shall be graduated and change with the child’s age until the child reaches age two. When the child reaches age two, the standard visitation schedule shall apply.
0 to 6 Months
Monday, Wednesday & Friday: The non-custodial parent shall be entitled to a two hour visit with the infant on each of these days. The exact times shall be agreed between the parties taking into account their respective schedules and that of the child; PROVIDED it is contemplated the visits shall occur before 8:00 p.m. on each of these days.
Saturday: The non-custodial parent shall be entitled to visit with the infant from 10:00 a.m. to noon every Saturday.
Sunday: The non-custodial parent shall be entitled to visit with the infant from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on alternate Sundays commencing _____________.
6 to 12 Months
Tuesday: The non-custodial parent shall be entitled to a two hour visit with the infant each Tuesday. The exact time shall be agreed between the parties taking into account their respective schedules and that of the child; PROVIDED it is contemplated the visits shall occur before 8:00 p.m.
Weekends: The non-custodial parent shall be entitled to visit with the infant each weekend upon the following terms and conditions:
a. Every other weekend from Friday at 5:00 p.m. to Saturday at 5:00 p.m. commencing ___________.
b. On the weekends alternating item (a) above, the visitation shall be from 5:00 p.m. Saturday to 5:00 p.m. Sunday.
12 to 24 Months
When the child reaches twelve (12) months, the standard visitation schedule, including holiday visitation, shall become effective, PROVIDED the standard summer visitation for the 12 to 24 month old child shall be as follows:
First Visitation: The visitation shall commence at 6:00 p.m. the first Sunday after Memorial Day and continue for one week, ending at 6:00 p.m. on that Sunday.
Second Visitation: The visitation shall commence at 6:00 p.m. the third Sunday in July and continue for one week, ending at 6:00 p.m. on that Sunday.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event one or more children are 12 to 24 months old and one or more children are over the age of two (2), the summer visitation shall occur as if all the children are over the age of two (2).
