VISITATION SCHEDULE
I. REGULAR VISITATION:
The first and third weekend from 6:00 p.m. on the first Friday of the month to 6:00 p.m. on the first Sunday of the month and 6:00 p.m. on the third Friday of the month to 6:00 p.m. on the third Friday of the month on the third Sunday of the month.
II. HOLIDAY VISITATION:
In odd numbered years, the non-custodial parent shall have visitation on the following schedule of holidays:
Easter: 6:00 p.m. Friday preceding Easter until 6:00 p.m. Sunday.
Thanksgiving: 6:00 p.m. Wednesday preceding Thanksgiving until 6:00 p.m. Sunday.
Christmas: 6:00 p.m. the day classes at the child’s school let for Christmas vacation until 9:00 p.m. on December 24.
In even numbered years, the non-custodial parent shall have visitation on the following schedule of holidays:
Memorial Day: 6:00 p.m. Friday preceding Memorial Day until 8:00 p.m. Monday.
Labor Day: 6:00 p.m. Friday preceding Labor Day until 8:00 p.m. Monday.
Christmas: From 9:00 p.m. on December 24 until 6:00 p.m. on the day immediately before classes resume after school Christmas vacation.
The holiday visitation schedule set out above is to be observed whether or not it coincides with the regular every other week visitation schedule and is in addition thereto. However, it is intended that the holidays alternate between custodial and non-custodial parents. Therefore, on those occasions when non-custodial visitation is ordinarily scheduled on a holiday set aside to the custodial parent, the non-custodial visitation shall not take place.
III. SPECIAL VISITATION:
The father shall have the custody or visitation, as the case may be, from 6:00 p.m. on the day before Father’s Day until 6:00 p.m. on Father’s Day. The mother shall have the custody or visitation, as the case may be, from 6:00 p.m. on the day before Mother’s Day until 6:00 p.m. on Mother’s Day.
In addition to the visitation described herein, the parties are encouraged to agree upon additional visitation and the custodial parent is encouraged to allow liberal telephone visitation communications between the non-custodial parent and the child.
IV. SUMMER VACATION:
The non-custodial parent shall have summer visitation from 6 p.m. June 1 to 6:00 p.m. June 15, and from 6:00 p.m. July 1 until 6:00 p.m. July 15.
Petitioner and Respondent shall provide each other with an address and phone number where the children will reside permanently and during visitation periods.
The non-custodial parent shall give the custodial parent 24 hours notice if there will be any change in the normal visitation schedule.
V. TRANSPORTATION:
The non-custodial parent shall provide transportation to begin visitation and the custodial parent shall provide transportation to end visitation.
