STANDARD VISITATION SCHEDULE
1. WEEKEND:
Every other weekend – 6:00 p.m. on Friday through 6:00 p.m. on Sunday
2. HOLIDAYS:
Alternating holidays in alternating years.
Spring Break (only if provided by child's school schedule)
A – 6:00 p.m. on Friday - 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday
B – 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday - 6:00 p.m. on Sunday
Easter – 6:00 p.m. on Friday through 6:00 p.m. on Sunday
Memorial Day – 6:00 p.m. on Friday through 6:00 p.m. on Monday
July 4 – Noon on 4th through Noon on 5th
Labor Day – 6:00 p.m. on Friday through 6:00 p.m. on Monday
Thanksgiving – 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday through 6:00 p.m. on Sunday
Christmas A – 8:00 a.m. on 20 - 10:00 p.m. on 24
B – 10:00 p.m. on 24 - 8:00 a.m. on 30
The holiday visitation schedule set out above is to be observed whether or not it coincides with the regular every other weekend schedule and is in addition thereto. However, it is intended that the holidays alternate between the custodial and non-custodial parent. Therefore, on those occasions when non-custodial visitation is ordinarily scheduled on a holiday set aside to the custodial parent, the non-custodial visitation shall not take place.
Fathers / Mothers Day – appropriate parent has visitation on the appropriate day from 12 noon until 8:00 p.m., regardless of weekend visitation scheduled.
3. SUMMER:
Dependent upon the age of the child. Generally, 2 3-week visits, separated by at least 1 week upon 30 days written notice to the custodial parent. Summer visitation will not include the weeks immediately after or before the end or beginning of the school year. Custodial parent will be allowed at least one weekend during each 3 week period.
